At Taste, the annual event for foodies that benefits Kidney Foundation of the Greater Chattanooga Area.
Taste returns Thursday night, April 5, at Stratton Hall, 3146 Broad St. It's a great way to try a new dish or a new restaurant that you haven't yet visited.
In addition to tables of tasting plates, the event includes music by Amber Fults while guests browse more than 60 items in the silent auction. Up for bids are themed baskets with spa days, date nights and even Walt Disney World Park Hopper passes for four.
All proceeds from Taste remain in Chattanooga to help the Kidney Foundation provide services such as transportation to dialysis, food, medications, housing, pay utilities and more. The Kidney Foundation also offers a free kidney screening program in the community to prevent the onset of kidney disease.
Tickets are available this morning for $45 at tastechatt.com or $50 tonight at the door, if any remain. The new VIP ticket has already sold out. Admission includes one drink ticket to the cash bar and unlimited sampling from the participating restaurants.
