Restaurants are busying themselves for one of the busiest days in the restaurant business: Mother's Day. Research by the National Restaurant Association in 2017 showed that Mother's Day continues to be the most-popular day of the year for dining out, with nearly two in five American adults planning to dine out on May 13. And if you don't plan to eat out but opt for ordering take-out or delivery, you'll be joined by 21 million other Americans. These statistics have remained consistent over time, keeping Mother's Day as the most popular day on which to dine out. So it goes without saying that if you want to treat mom to a meal and give her a break from the kitchen, you need to make reservations and do so now.
